This is the Distillers Edition expression from Cragganmore, Speyside distillery. Every bottle undergoes double maturation in casks that have previously held a fortified wine. 
The complexity of Cragganmore prescribes an out of the ordinary choice, and maturation in port-wine casks give the whisky a sweet and fruity depth.
A rich and sweet expression, with plenty body and hints of the port casks. Prominent dried fruits and honey in the finish.
