Distilled at the Bowmore distillery on Islay, this release was bottled and released online for the Feis Ile 2021 festival which once again was cancelled. This expression has been laid down to mature for almost two decades having been matured in first fill Oloroso sherry casks. There were just 3,000 bottles produced at a strength of 51.2% abv.
TASTING NOTES 
Colour : Burnt Amber.
Nose : Dark Fruit layered with Seville orange peel and spicy nutmeg.
Palate : Sticky dates mixed with warming stewed fruits and fresh coffee beans.
Finish : Whispers of classic Islay peat smoke are balanced by hazelnut toffee encased in velvety dark chocolate.
